The buildings are not organized around a rigid orthogonal campus. Instead, different elements appear to rotate and respond to one another, gradually forming a spatial sequence around landscape, gathering areas, and circulation paths.
Small accommodation units occupy one portion of the development, while larger modules, communal facilities, performance spaces, and recreational areas create different levels of activity.
The resulting composition feels closer to a small settlement than a conventional resort.
A Flexible Spatial Journey Without a Prescribed Route

Visitors are not expected to experience the project according to a fixed route.
