The project is based on combining social life with green environment and ensuring its continuity in vertical as a mixed-use vertical architecture proposal that houses University and residential functions. This fiction involves design decisions on associating different blocks in the vertical and creating social spaces.

The idea of the concept is «Building as part of the park» by 3 towers as if rocks growing out the ground, on which various types plants are grown. The creation of several towers with different heights make possible this University multifunctional, safe and spectacular.
