Factory[n]Certainty reimagines the textile factory as a human-centered cultural landscape where the boundaries between work, leisure, and home dissolve. Rather than a static industrial machine, the factory is conceived as an adaptive and scalable organism capable of evolving alongside social, cultural, and technological change. At its core lies the belief that spaces of production should foster community, creativity, and well-being rather than alienation.

Nexus Arena transforms e-sports from a screen-based activity into a physical and public experience. Organized around movement and circulation, the project blurs the boundaries between spectator and player through interactive spaces and screens, integrating gaming culture into everyday urban life.

An adventure-focused desert retreat in Joshua Tree designed for trail runners, hikers, bikers, and climbers—amateurs to pros. The compound supports performance, training, gear, and recovery, with indoor pavilions, gear hubs, communal spaces, and cabins that integrate desert living with endurance and exploration.

This project is really impressive—it shows a smart and creative way of mixing technology with design, and the designer deserves praise for bringing such a bold and forward-thinking idea.
