Iconic Urban Presence

Cadix Palazzo Apartments define the language of Antwerp’s urban boulevard. This stately residential building anchors the corner of Kattendijk Dock and Londenstraat, creating a distinct urban presence. The western chamfered corner highlights the axis shift of Londenstraat, while the eastern corner subtly connects to Kattendijkdok-Oostkaai and the surrounding Cadix area. Its refined yet commanding façade makes the Palazzo a landmark within the city block.

Dynamic Facade Design

The building features a rhythmically undulating façade with a sense of monumental order. Large indoor terraces are seamlessly integrated, adding homeliness and dynamism to the grand exterior. Stratification in the façade emphasizes both elegance and structural clarity, drawing inspiration from nearby warehouse architecture while maintaining a contemporary identity.

Connectivity and Courtyard Integration

A passage under the Palazzo links the inner courtyard with Londenstraat, creating a smooth flow between public and private spaces.
