Dual-Layer West-Facing Facade

To address heat and sun exposure, the west-facing facade features a dual-layer system:

  • Green patches: Vertical greenery spanning from ground to rooftop minimizes heat absorption.
  • Concrete and brick hanging walls: These suspended elements provide shade, protect from rain, and maintain views of the river.
