Painting is an art that you can look at; sculpture is an art that you can walk around; architecture is an art that you can walk through. Dan Rice
The main goal of our project is the transformation and improvement of undeveloped territory, the creation of a new polycenter. Considering the general trends in the construction of modern residential areas, there is a need for a systematic analysis of the identification of the environment in which the object is being designed. Each city is unique with its genetic code, which has historically developed and is its calling card.
Identification features play an important role in building an integral image of the city and allow the architect to create the new without denying the old, harmoniously interacting with them. This project is a modern form of organization of the residential environment, in which the consumer's needs for housing, leisure and work are fully realized, including groups of premises of various purposes; residential, public and administrative institutions, ground parking, united by a single plan.
The concept is based on the creation of an ensemble, which combines both the color scheme and the functional saturation with the combined pedestrian paths. The color scheme is based on four colors borrowed from the coat of arms of Manila "gold, red, blue, white". A peculiar history associated with pedestrian paths appears on the territory. Pedestrian paths continuous "through" are the link between all blocks. The architectural appearance was conceived as conciseness + functionality.
Thanks to BROAD's technology, both the structural elements of the building and the finishing elements are manufactured at the factory and delivered ready-made to the construction site. The volume is assembled as in the LEGO constructor, I have a clear modularity and structuring that improves the quality of construction and reduces dependence on the qualifications of workers.
In terms of cost savings, recycled metal and specialized floors with a high-tech metal frame were used in our project. This system reduces the cost of regulating indoor temperature. Reduces the cost of construction and reduces the time for commissioning.
The facade is hinged from lightweight recycled aluminum plates, which are easily disposed of and recycled again, as are all structural elements of the designed complex. Since the building is erected in a short period of time (from 2-3 weeks), there is no need for long-term use of construction equipment, which reduces CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, as well as construction dust.
This project will become a new point of attraction for the district and will be able to solve the problem of housing shortage and become a new home for students, where they will be in comfort and do their favorite thing.
