Yinno Unico Boutique by MMC Design: Where Creativity Meets Style!
What Makes Yinno Unico Boutique the Ultimate Destination for Fashion-Forward Individuals?

MMC DESIGN's latest project, the Yinno Unico Boutique, is a stunning example of contemporary architecture that draws inspiration from ancient Greek and Egyptian civilizations. The concept behind the boutique is to showcase the multi-dimensional growth of contemporary women through a space that evokes the spirit of the goddess Athena, who represents wisdom, knowledge, courage, confidence, and artistic cultivation.
To create a space that truly embodies the divinity of the goddess, the design team at MMC DESIGN turned to the primitive strength of the Parthenon and the Pyramids. The triangular and rectangular forms of these ancient wonders were transformed into a modern-day boutique store that exudes elegance and sophistication while still being welcoming and approachable.
The geometric aesthetic of the Yinno Unico Boutique expresses human respect for nature and embodies mankind's spirit of continuous exploration. By playing with the concept of "building blocks" from a child's perspective, the designers created a pure multi-dimensional space that is a romantic expression of eternity via divine geometry.
One of the most striking features of the store is the entrance, which features curved walls, circular lines inscribed on the floor, and a rock at the centre. The sunken ceiling allows light to gently fall from above, creating a tranquil atmosphere that transports visitors to another world. It's a veil that separates the earthly realm from the divine universe, echoing what Johannes Kepler explained in his work Mystery of the Universe - that god designed the solar system through Platonic solids.
Overall, the Yinno Unico Boutique is a stunning work of architecture that blends the ancient and the modern in a way that is both breathtaking and inspiring. It's a space that truly makes users feel like a goddess, with its divine geometry and tranquil atmosphere.
MMC Design has created a stunning new boutique store, Yinno Unico, which merges design and philosophy in a space that evokes a sense of self-exploration. Inspired by the works of Joma Sipe, the store features curved walls that separate yet connect various functional areas, while the staircase is a visual centrepiece that creates an intriguing transition between floors.
The designers have paid close attention to detail, using rigorous proportions and geometric shapes to create a vertical, intensive, and guiding visual focus. The continuous, variable rhythm of the space penetrates the mirrors, producing charming "melodies" that add to the store's artistic ambience.
Light is a vital element in space, used to unveil nature in this geometric, non-natural space. The flutes of ancient Greek temple's Doric columns are incorporated into structures, furniture, and space in the form of gaps. Light penetrates those gaps, and touches the interior finishes that simulate the textures of Pentelic marbles used in the construction of the Parthenon, seeming to tell the story of the past. The light that passes through the spatial axis creates a dialogue between past, present, and future while endowing the space with vitality.
Natural lighting highlights the fabrics of clothes, ceramic-like spatial textures, and the red arc-shaped steel island. The hues, textures, and materials contrast yet integrate each other, creating an infinite "axis" that stretches through the space.
The use of geometry in the store creates an immersive emotional experience that conveys the eternity of time and forms. As architect Fumihiko Maki once said, "Geometry is a sail, set to capture the winds of space, spirit, and form." MMC Design has captured those winds with its exquisite design of Yinno Unico, a boutique store that transcends mere commerce and becomes a space for exploration, self-discovery, and inspiration.
