A person lives, works and moves in a new way. Capsule drones, private and public, single and multi-cabin, became places for life, leisure, work and just means of transportation.

Our goal is for our park Lumino-City to serve a purpose and become a destination, not just a well-planned, coherent space. Our park is in New York City at the Robert F Wanger Jr. Park. There are 5 follies located on the site with the focus being light and community.
Marina City
A hub for maritime research and education in Fredrikstad Norway at the mouth of the North-sea, Marina City utilizes fluid design techniques to integrate divesituated along the banks of the River Glomm. allowing for a dynamic curriculum focused on field-study and interactive research opportunities.
Original and interesting project. Great presentation. A bit oversized for the site/context, but definitely a place I would like to visit.
The flowing circulation of the building is inspired by water in an obvious but interesting way, and the proposal is nicely communicated through it's illustrations and supportive texts. The final outcome is a bit messy and strange to the site, but the programming and relationship to the river makes up for that.

Shanghai Tianshang is a system incorporating aerial public spaces within buildings, aimed to solve urban sprawls issues by being applied on the majority of the city by 2080. The polysemy of its spaces and its uses is a new way of making the dense and human vertical city of the future, allowing the inhabitants to re-appropriate all dimensions of the city.
Sandcrete City
The construction of the worlds first Sandcrete City is a response to the Global Sand Crisis currently sweeping the construction industry. The project explores the potential of constructing a self-sustaining city using only natural materials found in the Mauritanian desert, and aims to be a catalyst for a more innovative and responsible future.
