Lunar Spiral

Today we are standing on the eve of the year 2024, which is dedicated to the Artemis mission. A mission that will change our perspective on space exploration and will lay the foundation for future generations to travel to Mars. A mission that is the next step towards establishing long-term sustainable human habitation on the Moon.

MODU MOVE

Addressing Artemis program needs and Martian settlers, the design tackles Mars and Moon's challenges, such as severe weather and space damage. Emphasizing adaptability, the modular habitat offers on-site response flexibility. Automated for self-reconfiguration, it ensures resilience and endless expansion for space colonization.

Aitken

The project is named after its location in Aitken - a large lunar impact crater that lies on the far side of the Moon. In accordance with the peculiarities of habitation - a daily temperature difference of 200 °C, radiation exposure - the space base is a closed self-regulating structure with the possibility of qualitative and quantitative changes over time.

Luna

Luna is a cutting-edge space station on the moon that will serve as a hub for lunar and space research, as well as a symbol of human exploration and innovation. It will use 3D printers to create structures from lunar regolith, and will be powered by solar panels and energy storage systems.

Launch pad from the moon: Journey into the unknown

In my design, I have shown the journey and exploration in space, which started with stepping on the moon. I have compared human exploration and curiosity to discover truths in space with surfing on the sea of unknowns (by stepping on the moon, which is like stepping on a surfboard). And the characters are black and white to emphasize the wonders of space.

LUNA

LUNA is a hub for cutting-edge lunar and space research, allowing scientists to conduct experiments in low-gravity conditions, study lunar geology, and investigate the Moon's potential as a launchpad for further deep space exploration. This trident-shaped moon base with a watchtower will be a symbol of human exploration and innovation in the 22nd century.

The Mechanical Hive

The Mechanical Hive Lunar Base, located near the lava tubes, relies on hexagonal structural stability inspired by nuts and bolts. This innovative design ensures resilience in the lunar environment while combining sustainability with lunar exploration. It marks a significant leap towards establishing a permanent human presence on the moon.

The Moon Shining Eternally

Our design is to call on all mankind to practice the concept of eternal sustainable development. People living on Earth look up and see the moon, and the changing light and shadow of the planting module on the moon will be transmitted back to Earth.
