Issathies was a mother in our minds whose every unit was her child and its inhabitants were all a family: Children who make shared memories in this house today to create a better tomorrow for their family and country. This journey in the definition of spatial bodies led us to create a small place in the heart of Issathies.
THE URBAN ENSEMBLE
THE URBAN ENSEMBLE is an innovative micro-housing solution that addresses the need for affordable housing in Bengaluru, India - one of India’s several urban centres and a bustling tech-city, where young migrants and working individuals are constantly in search of affordable living options in the vicinity of their workplace or institution.
The design outcome has been spectacular and love the way its being expressed. Also seen other entries and this one deserves the best entry award.

While noticing the already visible process of aging of the society, we are facing the challenge of creating new quality of the living environment for seniors.

the concept and design out put are good, its a good direction that you have considered of using the environmental elements. The space program needs to be explained. what goes against the design is not following the guidelines issued regarding regulation of 7m height. otherwise an interesting design.
Kid's Heaven Daycare
Our chosen location is in Yazd, Iran, which has a hot and arid climate, so the architectural design needed to reflect the extreme conditions of the location. The conditions include high temperature difference between day and night, as well as extreme temperature differences between summer and winter. The area is also prone to draught.

The conceptual ideas presented in GRAD-IENT are built on the instructional position that a global student shaped by cultural, environmental, and behavioral influences with each a unique personality type driving how they learn requires an educational curriculum and environment reflecting diverse methodologies.
First impression is, I wish I had gone to school here! Great concept from the collaboratorium to workflow space to the iceberg.

Our design consists of one starshaped neighborhood with residential houses and additional services (community gardens, playground and park). One neighborhood fits the given site, but it can be multiplied in each side, so this concept can solve much larger area. In that scenario, a number of “stars” create a “constellation”.

Space changing with time through the growth of trees. The deceased still interact with the world through this way. When ten years past, we can really accept their death, the tree has grown to useful timber. And the timber can become other useful things keep us company.
