Upgrade

Upgrade is a compact, fold-able, lightweight solution to make commuting more comfortable. Attached to vertical handrails on public transport it creates a personal seat. Hooking the strap to the overhead handrails transforms it into a swing seat. Upgrade can also be used as a free standing short or tall stool or as a multi-use surface.

HEALING FROM ROUTINE

Module of urban furniture can make tediously urban space unlimited potential for healing. Our design concept is based on the Japanese metabolism system, with a modular desigprefabricated in the factory and assembled to meet the needs of the site. The transportation of prefabricated components from the factory and the citizen participation in the assembly process, the replacement of damaged single components, all reduce the waste of resources.
