By incorporating extensive greenery and sustainable energy strategies, the building maximizes natural light and ventilation while reducing energy consumption. The exterior features raw concrete finishes enhanced with a curving terracotta brick louver system, creating a visually striking facade that balances raw industrial textures with organic warmth. Both hanging and fixed planters punctuate the building’s exterior, reinforcing a youthful, environmentally conscious aesthetic.
