Bestsecret Office by HENN + LRO GmbH & Co. KG Freie Architekten BDA, Munich
Bestsecret Office in Munich by HENN + LRO blends luxury fashion identity with modern, transparent, and flexible office interiors for 125 employees.
Translating a Digital Brand into Physical Space
The Bestsecret office, designed by HENN in collaboration with LRO GmbH & Co. KG Freie Architekten BDA, reimagines the identity of the luxury online platform into a sophisticated, modern workspace. As a members-only club for luxury fashion, Bestsecret wanted a physical office that reflects its curated brand experience, while providing a functional, inspiring environment for its 125 employees.
Situated in Munich’s newly developed iCampus at Ostbahnhof, the seven-story building offers panoramic city views across the Werksviertel and even stretches to the Alps on clear days. The architecture and interior design seamlessly combine the digital identity of Bestsecret with tangible, tactile experiences.

Interior Design Concept
HENN translated Bestsecret’s luxury fashion identity into a neutral, contemporary interior that balances modern minimalism with warmth. Key design strategies include:
- Neutral backdrop: Warm gray walls, exposed concrete ceilings, and light gray seamless floors evoke a calm, cohesive environment.
- Reflective surfaces: Mirrors and polished materials visually expand spaces, creating an illusion of openness.
- Textile elements: Generously applied fabrics reference the fashion world, softening industrial surfaces.

Materiality and Contrasting Textures
The interior features a deliberate interplay between industrial rawness and domestic warmth:
- Architectural concrete and galvanized metal surfaces contrast with custom wooden furniture.
- Wooden benches and shelves along perimeter walls provide both seating and storage solutions.
- Diverse textures, from cool reflective panels to soft textiles, create visual depth while maintaining coherence.

Spatial Organization and Transparency
Every floor in the Bestsecret office is carefully zoned based on its function, yet maintains transparency and openness:
- Ground floor: Features the boardroom facing the city and a lounge kitchen with a large communal table to foster collaboration.
- Upper levels: Include co-working zones for collaboration and quiet think-tank rooms for focused work.
- Flexible zoning: Floor-to-ceiling curtains allow adaptable layouts for both privacy and open interaction.
- Panoramic visibility: Glazed walls connect spaces visually, enhancing the sense of continuity and openness.

Harmonizing Brand Identity with Workplace Experience
HENN Interior created a workplace that embodies Bestsecret’s identity while prioritizing employee well-being. The office balances luxury, comfort, and functionality, establishing an environment where creativity and productivity coexist seamlessly. Visitors experience a space that mirrors the curated luxury and attention to detail seen in Bestsecret’s online platform.
