Shaping Sustainable Landmarks That Inspire, Educate, and Promote Water Conservation for a Greener Future
Bir Damla Su-a drop of water is an architectural marvel celebrating water and sustainability. This innovative park features a towering structure shaped like a water droplet, surrounded by an immersive landscape mimicking the ripples formed when a drop hits the water. The design fosters a deep connection between visitors and the natural environment, promoting awareness of water conservation and sustainable urban development.


Strategically located across the Bosporus Strait, the park aligns with Istanbul’s iconic 9-meter-tall Maiden Tower, serving as a visual and conceptual bridge between the past and the future. The tower itself is an experiential space where visitors can walk through different levels, engaging with exhibits that highlight water’s role in shaping civilizations and ecosystems.
The surrounding landscape is designed with sustainable water management in mind. Swales, riparian gardens, and stormwater collection systems seamlessly integrate with the terrain, ensuring ecological resilience. The park also features interactive zones such as an amphitheater, outdoor gym, and a water-themed playground, making it a dynamic space for both education and recreation.
