Architectural Concept and Site Planning

The site, originally home to a 20th-century manor house, was restructured in collaboration with Bonnard + Woeffray. The master plan carefully preserved the magnificent trees and open spaces, creating an organic layout where the three residential buildings appear to "glide" between nature. This design approach enhances the visual connection with the lake while maintaining spacious green courtyards and clearings. The development includes 49 exclusive condominium apartments, each designed for optimal comfort and aesthetic harmony.

Maximizing Lake Views with Innovative Design

The lakefront building is crafted to make the most of its spectacular surroundings. With 16 apartments enjoying direct or partial lake views, the architectural form mimics an unfolding fan, maximizing the panoramic perspective. This dynamic layout plays with crystalline geometries, ensuring that interior spaces remain fluid and functional, with rectangular living and sleeping areas despite the complex outer form. The result is a kaleidoscopic interplay of light and views, drawing the lake deep into the heart of each home.

Interior Architecture: A Balance of Symmetry and Functionality

Internally, two diamond-shaped stairwells provide access to six apartments per floor. The floor plan is based on three main apartment typologies, each offering a unique spatial experience:

  • Type 1: A pentagonal day zone seamlessly connects to the night zone, which faces the lush parkland.
  • Type 2: Features a hexagonal rotunda living area, projecting towards the lake, with a bedroom discreetly positioned behind the kitchen.
  • Type 3: A double-aspect apartment, structured along X-shaped diagonals, ensuring lake views from both living spaces and bedrooms.

Each residence features a concrete entrance alcove, serving as a threshold between public and private spaces. This thoughtful transition enhances privacy while maintaining openness, a key principle in modern residential design.

Structural Innovation and Material Palette

On the lake-facing side, cantilevered concrete slabs extend outward, forming spacious terrace balconies. These expansive outdoor spaces are framed by green prefabricated concrete elements, mirroring the natural surroundings and reinforcing the dialogue between architecture and landscape. The arcade structure that supports the terraces ensures structural strength while maintaining an elegant visual lightness.

The project incorporates premium materials from renowned manufacturers, including BWB-group, Bauwerk Parkett, Cinca, Delta Prefa, Feller, Glutz, Helfer, NEUCO, and Sikkens Wood Finishes. This high-quality selection enhances durability, aesthetic appeal, and sustainability—essential elements of contemporary luxury residential developments.
