Pavilion Form explorations
Sketch models were used to conceive the general form of the pavilion
Simple operations like twisting paper, creating folds and wrapping it back into itself gave rise to some interesting spaces and adjacencies. The two iterations proposed distinct spaces that featured unique moments of intersection.
The intention was for the pavilion to cater to introverts and extroverts alike, offering a rejuvenating space whether one wanted to socialize or be alone. That was the overarching theme, with a secondary emphasis on how playing with shadows could elevate both spaces.
