The architectural concept of Hill House draws directly from the terrain. The lower floor is an extension of the hillside, housing practical spaces such as a garage, storage, and utility rooms. Horomystudio prioritized the use of local, natural materials in constructing Hill House. The exterior facade is clad in gabbro-diabase, a striking black stone sourced from the Karelia region.
