Yapı araziyi taklit edecek şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Topoğrafyayı temsil eden eğim çizgileri, öldüğü binanın sınırlarını oluşturmak üzere düzenlenmiştir. Katmanlar geri çekilmiştir. Bir olasılık olarak açıkça belli olmayan bir yapı biçiminde düzenlenmiş düzlemler programı, onu bir mekana dönüştürür. Özellikle alt katlarda, biri indikçe artan bina derinliğinin neden olduğu iç ve dış güneş ışığı sorununu çözmek için galeriler ve avlular mekana gün ışığı sağlar. Ortak alanların farklılaştırılması, bunların benzersiz ve nitelikli mekanlar olmasını sağlar.
