Hypercube: The Future of Smart Architecture
Smart architecture merging data, design, and urban life for a connected future.
The Hypercube project explores the future of digital information storage and its integration with social spaces. With traditional libraries becoming obsolete, this innovative architectural concept envisions a server building seamlessly blending with social activities.
A Vision of the Future
Designed by Ricardo Reta, the Hypercube is not just a data hub but a dynamic architectural marvel fostering interaction, engagement, and urban connectivity.

Structural Innovation
The building features an exoskeleton design with eight support structures that reinforce the central hub, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. The outer cube accommodates various activities, from boardrooms to art galleries, while the inner cube houses restricted-access areas like server floors and a cinema.
Smart Vertical Circulation
The Hypercube offers two forms of vertical circulation: a staircase connecting all floors and an accelerator system that grants access to five levels efficiently.

Integration with Urban Mobility
To enhance accessibility, the fourth floor seamlessly integrates bicycle circulation, offering dedicated parking and flexible social spaces, including a terrace designed for interaction and leisure.
The Art of Architecture
The top floor functions as an art gallery, featuring five exhibition halls, including a central space that connects the entire structure.
A Smart Location for Maximum Impact
Strategically located at the corner of the property, the Hypercube serves as a catalyst for social activation. The incorporation of bicycle lanes further enhances its urban integration, drawing more visitors while maintaining structural stability through its side supports.
