In the thriving Thu Duc City of Vietnam, DQV Architects has designed the Inspire Hub Hybrid Office, a modern workspace that promotes flexibility and employee well-being. This innovative design seamlessly blends private offices with open, collaborative areas, catering to the evolving needs of businesses in a fast-paced urban environment. The hybrid office concept not only supports business growth but also enhances the quality of life for employees by offering a variety of work environments, each fostering productivity and creativity.

Key Design Features: Flexibility and Functionality
The Inspire Hub Hybrid Office is housed in two townhouses, each with a footprint of 7 x 15 meters and six levels. These spaces are thoughtfully reimagined to allow for easy reconfiguration, making them adaptable to changing business needs. The layout is designed to balance communal and private workspaces, with flexible areas for meetings, events, and activities, ensuring that teams of all sizes can thrive.

Space Planning: The Ideal Balance of Open and Private Areas
The ground floor of the office features a vibrant arrangement of long tables, coffee counters, and reception areas, which define distinct lounge spaces throughout. Exposed concrete pillars subtly divide the space while maintaining an open and airy atmosphere. The ground and second floors are dedicated to shared working spaces, fostering an environment for collaboration and interaction. This dynamic layout is a stark contrast to traditional office buildings, offering employees an engaging and flexible workspace that encourages creativity and socialization.
On the first floor, the central meeting room is strategically located to promote collaboration, while surrounding enclosed offices provide privacy when needed. Natural light floods the entire space, enhancing productivity and creating a positive, uplifting work environment. This layout allows the office to adapt easily to business growth, with the potential for office rooms to be combined into larger spaces as teams expand.

Creating a Productive and Inspiring Environment
The third floor includes medium-sized offices, with partitions that can be removed to create open, flexible workspaces. A minimalist design approach emphasizes functionality over leisure, ensuring that the office remains a space for focus and productivity. On the second floor, the completely open layout offers flexible desks that can be rotated to accommodate different team sizes. The open space also includes a relaxation area, encouraging impromptu discussions and fostering a sense of community among employees.

Wellness and Connectivity: The Rooftop Terraces
The fourth floor of the Inspire Hub is dedicated to wellness and social spaces. The front terrace is designed for events and gatherings, while the rear terrace serves as an exercise zone, ideal for yoga, meditation, or group fitness activities. The middle space features a pantry and a small meeting room, all designed to facilitate relaxation and interaction in a natural environment. The terraces are equipped with a white louver roof that allows natural light to filter in, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Surrounded by lush plants and natural elements, this space provides an ideal balance of work and relaxation.

Materials and Sustainability
In line with the project’s budget-friendly approach, most of the surfaces in the Inspire Hub Hybrid Office are left unfinished, showcasing the raw concrete of the central cores and the original flooring. This minimalist approach not only highlights the building’s industrial aesthetic but also allows for the use of sustainable materials. Colorful furniture and art installations add personality and creativity to the space, creating a stimulating environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.
The Inspire Hub Hybrid Office exemplifies the future of workplace design—an environment that prioritizes flexibility, wellness, and adaptability, while maintaining a strong sense of community and collaboration.
