Bridging Generations Through Architecture

Link House is a 22,000 sq. ft architectural masterpiece designed for a real estate entrepreneur and his family. Located in the heart of Ahmedabad, this residence redefines contemporary urban living by merging functionality, luxury, and experiential design.

The project revolves around a unique concept: linking generations and ideologies. The house comprises two separate blocks for father and son, connected via dynamic entertainment spaces on the upper level. This design minimizes ground coverage, creating sunken courts, lush green lawns, and intimate garden pockets throughout the site. The flowing bridge connecting the two blocks serves as a symbolic and physical link—a true manifestation of the home’s name, “Link House.”

Architecture: Dynamic Spaces & Seamless Flow

The approach to Link House is designed to create anticipation and delight. A flowing bridge stretches over water features and greenery, leading visitors through a journey of unexpected vistas and experiences. Each step elevates the sense of wonder, gradually revealing meticulously planned spaces for both father and son.

At the upper level, a central entertainment area acts as a communal hub, spilling into the pool area and stepped gardens. This focal point offers a panoramic view of the verdant lawns, providing an ideal space for family gatherings and leisure.

The lower level houses the parent’s residence, offering tranquility, security, and privacy. The son’s block seamlessly integrates both levels, with sunken courts and green pockets that create layered experiences and social hubs.

  • Parent’s residence: Subtle, mature, and refined with grey tones and timeless elegance.
  • Son’s residence: Modern, playful, and contemporary with vibrant accents and dynamic layouts.

Every space is thoughtfully curated to combine luxury, functionality, and comfort, ensuring each room is both a visual and sensory delight.
