Network Installation: A Fusion of Art and Architecture
Transforming urban landscapes with kinetic architecture—where parametric design meets artistic expression.
Network installation is a kinetic architectural installation formed by colorful fishing nets, creating dynamic volumes and shapes that seek to visually engage urban citizens. This interactive experience seduces them with its sensual forms, encouraging the audience to compose their own narrative in response to the artwork.

This project, led by Ricardo Salazar, was a shortlisted entry of Elevate 2019, showcasing the intersection of artistic expression and architectural design.

The Essence of Parametric Architecture
The installation exemplifies parametric architecture, where algorithmic and computational design define its form and interaction. The flowing nets create an organic aesthetic, dynamically adapting to their environment while inviting viewers to engage with the space in new and immersive ways.
By seamlessly blending kinetic sculpture with contemporary urban aesthetics, this installation enhances the urban landscape, fostering a dialogue between the artwork, the environment, and its spectators.
