The idea of being underground could be effective to the extent that the sky could be interacted with. Spaces where natural light and darkness interact could offer a different experience.
The spaces to be created underground interact with the sky through light courtyards and the feeling of being underground is broken by natural light. Standard rooms are usually positioned around the central courtyard. For the suite rooms, a block with a general view of the building is formed in the relatively high part of the land.
A terrace, plaza, bicycle and walking paths, parking lot are located on the entrance level. A transportation is provided from the car park to the plaza through the courtyard spaces. A window with a high mountain view opens towards the restaurant and spa pool through the spaces formed by the terraces.
On the 1st basement floor, there are rooms with reception, administrative units and restaurant. Access to the suite rooms is provided from this floor.
On the 2nd basement floor, there is a gym, meeting points and standard rooms.
On the 3rd basement floor, there is the spa pool and rooms.
The exterior cladding is made of red limestone, while the interior wall cladding is covered with white plaster. It is aimed to create more spacious interior spaces by reflecting the light. The joinery is made of black aluminum.
