What is this fancy PNG?
Using Uni insignia like a boss
Congratulations! Very few people make it this far, and let’s acknowledge the fact that if you are reading this, then you’re truly breathtaking!

In this ever growing world of digital media, pretty much everything is now spoken, sent & shared electronically with images. We always see our winners using screenshots of competition pages, social media images or even sometimes email snippets to communicate this news of their achievement with peers. And we understand the hard work that went into this project is quite a lot to communicate in a few pictures. These screenshots get the job done - but we felt we could create something tailored for this action.
As you might have already seen in the mail, there’s a small PNG medallion - we call it The 'Insignia'.

This tiny element speaks of the amazing milestone you have achieved on Uni; with a bit more style. This insignia not only signifies design excellence, but it looks forward to build familiarity across various platforms about winners of Uni.
This can be used in mediums like Videos, Websites, CV’s, Portfolios or even social media images. Just drag this png on top of your best presentation image and you are good to go. There are two versions provided. One with material and one as jet black - You can use both as the color scheme of your boards permit.
A few tips to make sure this looks as awesome as your project does on social media or documents:
1. Placement
The best position is bottom right corner in case of a stand alone image.

2. Scale
Ideally, 10% to 15% of longer edge of the image.

3. Background Contrast
Ensure that there’s enough contrast at the back of the medallion to understand its shape.

4. The Don’ts - Overlaps / Stretching / Color correction / Editing
Prefer not to stretch or overlap it with elements. Don’t edit the colors or alter the tone/shape size.
Hope this was helpful. Thank you for being a part of this small world of Uni. Your ideas are the reason we wake up every day to make this place happen.
