Located in the heart of São Paulo, the Zee Dog Temple Store is not just a retail environment—it’s a multisensory urban sanctuary that redefines how architecture can facilitate deeper connections between dogs, people, and the city. Designed by B.co Arquitetura, in collaboration with Bel Lobo and Cajoo Studio, this 960 m² flagship store merges retail, experience, and public interaction in a space that is as playful as it is sophisticated.

A Floating Temple in the Urban Landscape

From the street, the structure makes an immediate statement: a suspended building connected by a footbridge, hovering above the ZeePark—an urban dog park and event courtyard. This architectural move creates a sense of elevation and reverence, metaphorically turning the store into a temple dedicated to human-animal companionship. The raised massing ensures that the project does not just occupy the city but becomes an extension of the public realm.

Interior Design That Reflects Duality

The spatial program is cleverly divided across multiple levels, each curated to express distinct brand values while enhancing visitor experience:

  • First Floor – Pet Products Room: A dark, immersive room exclusively for pet accessories. With moody finishes and dramatic focal lighting, this level provides a striking contrast that highlights the brand’s colorful and patterned products. It’s more than a showroom—it’s an altar of design for pets.
  • Second Floor – Human Product Line: In contrast, this level adopts a bright and open layout, introducing natural light and playful detailing. Designed to showcase Zee.Dog’s lifestyle line for humans, the space retains the brand’s identity with a balance of functionality and flair.
  • Rooftop – Social Activation Space: The rooftop expands the Temple’s mission of community building. Here, events and gatherings turn the architectural crown into a hub of social engagement, reinforcing the idea that pets and people thrive best together—especially in the open air, with a skyline view.
  • Basement – ZeePark: At the base of the project lies its most symbolic feature: a dog park and care center. The partially covered courtyard offers open play zones and a dog washing station, promoting pet wellness and urban socialization. It embodies the essence of Zee.Dog’s mission—creating spaces where dogs and humans coexist harmoniously.

Material Palette & Collaborations

The architecture embraces a robust and contemporary material palette, including exposed structural elements, warm lighting, and bespoke furniture that aligns with the urban-industrial aesthetic. Collaborations with manufacturers like Decortiles, Suvinil, Metalbox, Montele Elevadores, and Lightsource enrich the tactile and visual texture of the space. Each detail, from surface finishes to shelving systems, was thoughtfully curated to amplify the brand narrative.
