Villa Del Arte
A living unit that we designed using the simplicity and elegance of white. A design based entirely on simplicity. A boutique project in the center of the city, overlooking the historical peninsula. A special project consisting of 16 suites, each carefully designed by different designers. The angles and positioning of the project were made taking into account the historical peninsula. In our project, which we designed using the slope of the land, we offer an uninterrupted view of the historical peninsula. At the same time, it is explained how an art gallery turns into a home. We designed the facades of this boutique project, which is in the city but also leans on nature, with plants and flowers grown in that region. We prioritized purity while thinking about the design. We aimed for everything to be white and clear as water. In each room, there are specially designed designs and paintings by designers Melishan Tekay and Seher Kulac. There are specially designed designs and paintings .This means the value of the guests.
