Sustainable Planning and Development

Bungalos Luxury Tulum is a private condominium project located in the heart of Tulum’s Aldea Zama development. The architects faced the challenge of designing within a pre-defined green space, focusing on maximizing outdoor contact for each apartment while adhering to eco-friendly principles.

Design Strategy

Integration with Nature

Each unit in Bungalos Luxury Tulum is designed to have its own outdoor area, allowing residents to enjoy private, natural spaces despite the land's compact dimensions. The ground floor features garden-type apartments with patios that open to interior gardens, enhancing cross-ventilation and connection to the outdoors.

Vertical Living

The upper floors consist of two-level apartments, each equipped with a rooftop terrace that provides stunning views of the treetops. This design not only maximizes the living space but also promotes a closer interaction with the environment.

Eco-Friendly Materials and Construction
