Cutlery Building Blocks
Unlike the usual sturdy forks and spoons, this set is like Lego blocks for building.
The base idea
The idea is to create an efficient and convenient alternative to traditional cutlery sets.
In my opinion, the future sustainable cutlery design should not only focus on the basic needs, but also enrich the language of cutlery design to the maximum extent, and give the cutlery a rich cultural connotation, so as to meet the needs of people for different occasions of cutlery.
Playing with Lego blocks or puzzles has always been a fun thing to do in our childhood. The whole process of putting different pieces together or taking them apart brought us an indescribable sense of satisfaction.
Unlike the usual sturdy forks and spoons, this set is like Lego blocks for building. Inspired by the concept of woodworking construction, the fork, and spoon, and knife can be pulled apart to form different components. The fork and spoon, the knife is designed to fit on one end, while the other end can be attached to another fork or spoon or knife, or simply the chopsticks.
Based on the concept of the blocks can be different functions or the same function of different sizes of cutlery between the free combination, with the smallest number of blocks combined into as many cutlery. Based on the concept of the blocks of cutlery design can not only save costs but also make dining become less boring and enhance the consumer's dining pleasure.
These cutlery blocks not only to meet the basic needs of consumers for eating, but also pay more attention to the psychological needs of consumers, it will allow people to eat nutritious, healthy food at the same time, feel the pleasure of dining.
An interesting design that brings a product full of many possibilities. In today's world of fast-paced life, single-minded homogenization has accumulated too much pressure and has made life unpleasant. The idea is based on the concept of the blocks can be used in different combinations, changing the way of using, making the boring life gamified, so as to attract people's attention, the novelty and pleasant dining experience will make life colorful.
For me, in the case of existing tableware is increasingly unable to meet the needs of consumers, the concept of blocks for the cutlery design has great room for development, not only in line with the pursuit of practical, personalized and serialized needs of consumers, but also the future development trend of the cutlery market.
