Green Eye Vision: A Glimpse Into Futuristic Sustainable Architecture
Green Eye Vision fuses flying mobility, smart tech, and nature into a vertical city—pioneering futuristic sustainable architecture.
Project by Alessandro Cece, Ayda Hajjaj, and Farah Abbas Moh'd Hashim Alsharif
As cities expand and the climate crisis escalates, the architecture of tomorrow must respond with innovation that balances technology and ecology. Green Eye Vision is a concept tower proposed for Dubai that boldly addresses this challenge. It reimagines a future where futuristic sustainable architecture drives urban transformation—one that integrates flying mobility, mixed-use planning, and green façades within an organic structure.

A City in the Sky
Designed as a vertical city, the tower houses offices, apartments, hotel rooms, and entertainment spaces—all stacked vertically for efficiency and accessibility. This densified model not only optimizes land use but also encourages reduced reliance on automobiles by promoting walkability and public transit access. A pedestrian bridge connects the building to Dubai’s metro line, generating electricity with every step through embedded sensors—emphasizing innovation in mobility and sustainability.
Built for the Flying Future
Taking cues from speculative futures, Green Eye Vision incorporates flying car parking platforms, preparing for a new era of urban transportation. These platforms, integrated within the structure, allow for efficient landing and access to different sections of the tower. Office-specific landing zones and mixed-use inner parking decks provide futuristic flexibility to accommodate evolving transport systems.

Smart Design Meets Ecological Performance
The architectural form embraces Dubai’s 2050 sustainability agenda through responsive skin systems and solar façades. The building envelope dynamically shades interiors using aluminum panels and retractable cloth materials, which adapt based on sun exposure. These elements don’t just block light—they generate energy. This hybrid approach ensures the tower remains energy-efficient, user-friendly, and visually expressive.
A Vision Rooted in Nature
Inspired by the need to reconnect with the environment, the structure features an organic form that contrasts sharply with Dubai’s rigid skyline. Vertical gardens, dynamic circulation, and layered public zones bring nature into the built environment—creating a space that can be explored from both inside and out. It’s not just a building—it’s a living, breathing infrastructure for a sustainable future.
