Unique Architectural Concept

The house is designed to create distinct impressions depending on the viewpoint. From the northern approach, the building reads as a single-story minimalist pavilion, emphasizing simplicity and clean lines. In contrast, the southern façade, facing the sloped terrain, reveals the full two-story volumetric expression, creating a dynamic and sculptural presence that interacts elegantly with the landscape.
