Legend Mansion Villa: Modern Green Luxury in Phúc Yên, Vietnam
Legend Mansion Villa by Flamingo Architecture features modern green design, open spaces, landscaped gardens, natural light, and sustainable, locally sourced materials.
Located in Phúc Yên, Vietnam, the Legend Mansion Villa by Flamingo Architecture is a striking example of modern sustainable residential design. Completed in 2020, this 385 m² garden villa combines contemporary architectural lines, environmentally friendly materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor living to create a luxurious yet sustainable family residence.

Architectural Design and Spatial Planning
Legend Mansion Villa spans three aboveground floors and a semi-underground level, reaching a total height of approximately 16 meters. The villa’s spatial organization prioritizes comfort, flexibility, and social interaction, with key functional areas including a main lobby, living room, bar, cinema room, entertainment area, kitchen, and bedrooms integrated with private gardens. Every space is thoughtfully connected to the outdoors, allowing natural light, sunlight, and ventilation to flow freely throughout the home.
The villa’s design emphasizes modern green architecture, featuring gentle, fluid lines, open layouts, and versatile architectural forms. The architects employed a liberal architectural language, blending geometric shapes, panels, and finishing materials to create dynamic, visually engaging interiors and exteriors.

Materials and Sustainability
Sustainability and environmental consciousness are central to the villa’s design. The structure relies on reinforced concrete, stone brick walls, and unburnt eco-bricks, chosen for their durability, local availability, and minimal environmental impact. Interior and exterior finishes include ceramic tiles, granite, terrazzo, and paint, carefully selected to balance aesthetics, functionality, and eco-friendliness.
Each garden, terrace, and facade layer contributes to passive cooling, reducing solar heat gain and improving indoor comfort. By incorporating greenery into every level, the design fosters biophilic living, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Landscape Integration
The villa is embedded within a meticulously designed landscape. Colorful gardens, swimming pools, and play areas create a multi-level green environment that enhances visual appeal, provides recreational opportunities, and promotes a harmonious connection with nature. The gardens act as natural buffers, reducing noise, controlling sunlight, and improving air quality, while linking seamlessly with all interior spaces.
The integration of landscape and architecture ensures that residents enjoy an immersive natural experience, whether they are in the living room, bedrooms, or outdoor terraces. The villa’s design emphasizes human-nature interaction, with every architectural decision enhancing comfort, wellness, and sustainability.
