Liana city
In order to optimize life in communities, the Liana city project is thought to enable citizens to live near their work space, allowing families to spend some quality time together throughout the day.
Designed to facilitate life on a daily basis, the liana city project is convenient and perfect for young families and everyone who desires to live in a community lifestyle. The neighborhood is built around a green park to emphasize nature and wellness, there are many playgrounds and resting areas organized near coffee shops for those who love to spend more time with their loved ones.
In order to benefit everyone, there are supermarket corners where one can order groceries online and come grab their due at the supermarket locker. This proximity enables the people to focus on what they like to do without thinking of chores like grocery shopping.
three different house designs enable people to choose wether they want to live in a residential home, a societal building or an individual house. every design is very flexible to modulate as the families change and grow.
The liana city project also emphasizes on green resources, every building has solar panels on the rooftops as well as a recycling garbage system, powered by AI to sort the rubbish properly. Those are then relayed every week by a truck to be recycled.
Very accessed on social interactions, the shared gardens on top of the societal building are designed to maximize people relationships as well as enabling them to grow their own fruits and vegetables.
A coffee shop is also providing space to spend time after work with families and friends.
The co-working space is located on the ground floor of every building to limit the time between home and work to 15 minutes.
Mobility wise, the entire neighborhood is car free, only allowing access to bikes and pedestrians. The cars are parked all around the City where they can be charged with the solar panels energy.
