A New Dining Landmark in Vietnam

Mix Restaurant is not just a place to eat—it is an architectural statement. With a design that seamlessly combines indoor and outdoor dining experiences, the restaurant immerses guests in a vibrant yet calming environment. Its layout is divided into five distinct zones, each designed to enrich the diner’s journey:

  1. Parking Area – The arrival experience sets the tone. The roof system is composed of three layers: rainproof polycarbonate to block rain while allowing light, a strong load-bearing structure, and a decorative wooden ceiling. This combination ensures comfort, functionality, and a striking first impression for visitors.
  2. Half-Indoor, Half-Outdoor Dining Area – This flexible zone features a retractable roof that can be opened to reveal the sky, letting diners connect with the natural surroundings. Strategically planted trees act as a green curtain, creating a semi-private yet immersive dining atmosphere close to nature.
  3. Indoor Dining Area – Designed for comfort, this section features an insulated corrugated iron roof with decorative ceiling elements. A hidden misting system cools the air, while hanging plants reduce heat and enhance freshness. The result is a refreshing, eco-conscious dining environment that combines modern technology with natural beauty.
  4. Service & Utility Areas – The kitchen, warehouse, and restrooms are discreetly integrated into the design, ensuring seamless restaurant operations without disrupting the customer experience.
  5. Landscape Integration – The restaurant’s design embraces natural scenery, using greenery not as decoration but as a central part of the architecture. From open-air views to shaded courtyards, every element reinforces a sense of sustainability and harmony with the environment.
