Rather than treating shopping as an isolated indoor activity enclosed behind large façades, the proposal combines commerce, recreation, greenery, public interaction, and environmental responsiveness within a continuous open-air environment.

At the centre of the design is a clear ambition: to combine sustainability with business efficiency while offering much more than a conventional retail destination.
