Ground Floor: Bright, Functional, and Luxurious

The ground floor features an expansive living room with panoramic windows, a fully equipped kitchen, a cinema room, a bathroom, and technical spaces. Natural daylight floods the main area, enhancing the sense of openness. The kitchen showcases a porcelain tile floor, a matching island, and a “wet niche,” complemented by a custom white stone dining table, designer chairs, and an oversized Khmara lamp, creating a refined yet welcoming environment.

A porcelain stoneware partition with a built-in bio fireplace and TV separates the kitchen from the living area. Rounded white furniture and small stone coffee tables echo the kitchen’s design, while paneled walls with soft backlighting create a modern reinterpretation of the classic “golden” era aesthetic.

The home cinema exemplifies luxury family living, with soundproofing, plush carpeting, soft surfaces, automated curtains, and integrated five-channel sound systems for an immersive experience.

First Floor: Private Spaces with Artistic Touches

The upper floor houses the master suite, children’s room, guest bedroom, study, and dressing areas. The master study features a full-wall window and textured artistic plaster evoking the imagery of climbing a mountain, inspiring creativity and goal achievement.

The guest room combines soft fabric wall panels, a terrace connection, automatic curtains, and coordinated custom furnishings. Similarly, the children’s room includes an electric rocking chair and a backlit TV panel for comfort and entertainment.

Lighting, copper accents, and veneer paneling extend throughout the stairs and corridor, adding elegance and warmth.

Bathrooms and Dressing Areas: Classic Materials, Modern Touches

Bathrooms are divided into three zones: recreation, bathing, and makeup areas. Custom boucle sofas, artistic plaster walls, and panoramic windows define the recreation zone. Smart glass separates the bathroom, which features Mountain ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware panels, and copper-plated plumbing, referencing classical Roman and “Old Money” aesthetics. The makeup area features soft rounded furniture, a veneer tabletop, and a “Roman” mirror with golden lighting. Wardrobes incorporate adaptive storage systems, movable shelving, and integrated lighting, harmonizing functionality with luxury.
