shifthub is a place that goes against the rules of today's stereotypical working places. Nowadays, places are full of certain working hours and certain types of people doing these jobs. Together with our child teammate, we designed a working space to counteract the things we find boring in the city. In this process, we accepted the child as the essence of the human being. Based on this acceptance, we designed a working space against this monotony by proceeding with the idea that if we lose the child within us, our routine and the places we spend time will become monotonous. If this monotony continues, human life will become monotonous at all scales, from small to large scales, from the people who do it to the environment we live in. This monotony affects the work and functioning, especially in workplaces. While designing the project, we did not know where to go, but we knew where we would not and did not want to go, so we continued and completed our design.
