When the time comes, human beings will turn to respect and take power of nature for survival. A new aspect of architecture will be the driving tool for humanity to continue the race because "architecture is not just a building", but it is mechanisms of technology that mimic the ability of nature to serve the well-being of human life.
The site or heritage building is a seductive reminder of an apocalypse instead of faith and or complementing faith. The idea of movement works against and is paradoxical to functioning without being the parasite, e.g. it can adhere to another typology. Better visual vignettes well being would strengthen the experience.

I think a less 'iconic approach' will be better suited for designing a building for vulnerable people. There is potential in the concept, if allowed to develop further
For a building of this nature, I think it is important that we see more of what it feels like experiencing the spaces as a user. Context and its relationship to the interior spaces is also important to highlight.

the concept and design out put are good, its a good direction that you have considered of using the environmental elements. The space program needs to be explained. what goes against the design is not following the guidelines issued regarding regulation of 7m height. otherwise an interesting design.
DRAPFLEX
People generally respond positively to the sense of safety and comfort. We love the idea of being in an enclosure with a feel of the environment as well. Thus, having privacy to enjoy freedom with close relations and a touch of nature. Drapflex (flexible Drapes) seeks to create a facility that will be open to the public but within an enclosure as well.
With a more in depth development of the biophilic design concepts mentioned the proposal could have benefited and expressed more. Biophilic design concepts are minimally exploited in the scheme
Concept and imagery does not match and needs to be formalized further.
