Next Level by Brigitte Weber Architects – Ankara’s Premier Mixed-Use Landmark
Next Level by Brigitte Weber Architects is Ankara’s iconic mixed-use complex, blending offices, residences, a shopping mall, and vibrant social spaces.
Brigitte Weber Architects designed this expansive 196,000 m² project in Ankara, Türkiye, completed in 2014. Featuring materials by leading manufacturers and refined detailing, the development integrates architecture, landscape by DS Architects, and engineered systems seamlessly. Photography by Cemal Emden and Engin Aydeniz captures its sophisticated spatial and technical coordination.

Strategic Urban Integration
Next Level stands at the dynamic intersection of the Eskişehir-Konya roads, one of Ankara’s fastest-growing urban corridors. This pivotal north-south and west-east junction transforms the district into a bustling hub where business, culture, and social life converge. Recognized as the city’s first large-scale mixed-use development, Next Level combines offices, residences, and a shopping mall, establishing a new standard for contemporary urban living in Ankara.

Architectural Vision
The design of Next Level draws inspiration from its prime location, reflecting the district’s rapid growth and energetic lifestyle. The complex embodies modern architectural principles with a strong emphasis on form, function, and urban connectivity. Its contemporary facade and innovative layout contribute to the city’s modernism while elevating Ankara’s skyline.

Office Tower: The 30-story Office Tower rises above the shopping podium, showcasing a monolithic and iconic presence. Creative common areas on each floor provide flexible spaces for daily activities, offering additional workspaces for office tenants. This approach fosters collaboration, convenience, and adaptability, making it a hallmark of modern commercial architecture.

Residence Tower: The 20-story Residence Tower emphasizes the human experience. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels, 4-meter ceiling heights, and expansive terraces maximize natural light and offer panoramic views. Residents benefit from luxurious communal amenities, including lounges, café-bars, libraries, and terraces, creating a socially engaging environment while maintaining privacy.

Mixed-Use Amenities
Next Level’s podium integrates a vibrant shopping mall with 150 retail outlets and a 2,500 sqm state-of-the-art movie theater, making it a cultural and social hotspot. Transparent decorative pools and landscaped areas totaling 7,500 sqm enhance the urban environment, creating a harmonious blend of private and public spaces. These design elements introduce a serene, light-filled atmosphere, elevating the overall shopping and leisure experience.

The complex’s open-air podium fosters social interaction while integrating greenery and water features, making it a unique urban oasis within Ankara’s dense cityscape.

Landscape & Sustainability
The project’s landscape design, created by DS Architects, emphasizes a seamless connection between natural and built environments. Walkways, green areas, and reflective pools provide relaxation spaces while reinforcing environmental consciousness. The use of high-quality materials such as Technowood, Duravit, and Guardian Glass reflects a commitment to durability and aesthetic excellence.

Next Level by Brigitte Weber Architects is more than a mixed-use development—it is a symbol of Ankara’s urban evolution. By integrating offices, residences, retail, and cultural amenities, it redefines urban life and sets a benchmark for future projects. Its innovative design, strategic location, and thoughtful amenities make it an iconic destination for business, leisure, and living in the Turkish capital.
