Next Level stands at the dynamic intersection of the Eskişehir-Konya roads, one of Ankara’s fastest-growing urban corridors. Office Tower: The 30-story Office Tower rises above the shopping podium, showcasing a monolithic and iconic presence. Creative common areas on each floor provide flexible spaces for daily activities, offering additional workspaces for office tenants. This approach fosters collaboration, convenience, and adaptability, making it a hallmark of modern commercial architecture.

Residence Tower: The 20-story Residence Tower emphasizes the human experience. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels, 4-meter ceiling heights, and expansive terraces maximize natural light and offer panoramic views. Residents benefit from luxurious communal amenities, including lounges, café-bars, libraries, and terraces, creating a socially engaging environment while maintaining privacy.

Next Level’s podium integrates a vibrant shopping mall with 150 retail outlets and a 2,500 sqm state-of-the-art movie theater, making it a cultural and social hotspot.
