Resort-Inspired Living at Home

The design concept was born from the client’s desire to “live in an oasis” — to come home each day and feel as though they were always on vacation. With its striking presence and carefully curated details, Residence 321 achieves exactly that, echoing the ambience of a luxury hotel while remaining deeply personal.

The house unfolds across three levels, with interconnected spaces that balance openness and privacy. From expansive terraces overlooking lush vegetation to intimate interior spaces filled with natural light, the home evokes a constant dialogue between relaxation, nature, and modern design.

Architectural Form: Light, Shadow, and Nature

At the core of Residence 321 lies a series of precast concrete strips, carefully planned in a three-dimensional structure. These architectural elements generate rhythm and dynamism, creating ever-changing patterns of light and shadow throughout the day. The interplay of solid and void blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living, turning the residence into a fluid, living organism.

Vegetation weaves seamlessly into the design. Green terraces, integrated planters, and even two trees physically incorporated into the structure emphasize the home’s organic unity with nature. Bamboo-covered roofs, lush gardens, and a dreamy pool further enhance the tropical resort character.

Lifestyle and Comfort

Luxury in Residence 321 lies in the details. The residence features:

  • A 100 m² living-dining room designed for family gatherings and social life.
  • A fantasy pool framed by exotic greenery, offering a permanent retreat-like atmosphere.
  • A heated outdoor Jacuzzi, perfect for year-round use.
  • A wine cellar, gym, and garage located in the basement for both leisure and functionality.
  • A sleek, fully equipped designer kitchen, featuring premium appliances.

The upper floor houses private bedrooms, each with direct access to bathrooms, reinforcing the home’s seamless integration of elegance and comfort. The central staircase, streamlined and sculptural, becomes an architectural statement of minimalism and luxury.

The Vision of Ascoz Arquitectura

For architect Damián Ascoz, the project was about fulfilling a dream: creating a space where the family could feel both embraced by comfort and inspired by beauty. The dialogue with the clients shaped a tailored project, translating their vision into a built form that bridges architecture, landscape, and lifestyle.

“Residence 321 has allowed them to open a new chapter in their lives — one filled with joy, calm, and the feeling of being always on vacation,” explains Ascoz.
