Challenge to design a volunteer center
who does the shelters belong to? For the volunteers or the local people near the site who are homeless and don't have proper houses?
Although these shelters could serve dual purposes: These shelter units are temporary, it's encouraged to plan only for volunteers, the shelters has to provide accommodation for volunteers. This would facilitate their involvement by offering them a place to stay near the site of their volunteer work. You may propose the housing for homeless in case of inactive weeks or month when the volunteers are not there. In such a case you will have to do the activity planning and reflect it in your research while presenting the boards.
Where do the volunteers come from? From Bonela and Wiggins or not?
It has be considered for local volunteers. neighborhood of Bonela to a maximum scope of Durban city

What a remarkable project!!!Making rain the central design concept gives it a truly unique identity and beautifully strengthens the building`s connection ti its natural surroundings!
I find the use of the water elements in the design of the buildings and the landscape very unique and inspiring
The element of rain, by the seaside, especially continuing inside the building, is an amazing idea. Inspiration and creativity beyond the usual!

After waiting for 2 hours, the project was uploaded, but information about team members, page titles, and additional details were deleted due to problems with the website. I would like to clarify whether it is possible to add this data. Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, FAR or total floor area limit is not shown in the introduction of the competition, is there any? or no limited total floor area?
