Wineyard
Architectural design of wineries, wine facilities, and vineyard spaces that integrate production with landscape and visitor experience.
POUR
A boundless winery, Explore the seamless transition between landscape and architecture, blur the experience of inside and outside
Spirit of Dionysus
The winery is attached to the terrain closely and extends in a streamlined form. It offers a place that people can be much closer to the vineyards and break prejudice and segregation, following the symbol of Dionysus, to experience pain and gain happy, with all living beings, and finally, achieve a state of integration with nature and the wo
Perfect Blend
Having been inspired by the oenological ritual - wine aeration, the design adopts the essence behind this simple, yet significant gesture. Through the act of swirling and blending, our proposal aims to achieve a more holistic and seamless visitor experience through the interconnected network of programmatic features and circulation strategies.
The project is very formal. It's a frozen gesture. Perhaps some anchoring to the territory is lacking and solving some programmatic issues. For example, the daily use of sloping spaces, the orientation of some rooms towards the parking lot or the location of the offices in one of the most representative areas. Congratulations on your bravery
The design of the concept design node was interesting, it was transformed in the project which is not very clear. We find the architecture a bit complicated. There is no environmental specificity. But the outdoor spaces are qualitative.
The concept is too complex and not related with the site. The outcome is noisy and inappropriate for this environment. Presentation is clear. Program and layout are developed with experience.
thanks
Good analysis and good starting point. An architecture is created that is representative, phenomenological, but that limits its impact on the territory. Perhaps a reflection on the materials or the construction process would have helped to deepen this idea.
The project is interesting, It is a bit complicated to understand. Its inscription in the landscape is successful, but the interior spaces present little quality. 66/5000 Environmental aspects and parking are not developed.
THE CENTER OF UNITY
The concept blurs barriers betw
The proposal is a resounding and clear gesture. With good and sensitive intentions. When a form is so rigid the program, flexibility and change in the future are often limited. For example, in specific locations such as rooms facing the center of the circle, or rooms for workers, they could look for an alternative. However, the project is clear, concise and generally well resolved. Congrats!
The concept is clear, It is not fully exploited. But the topography is not used enough, for example the underside of the amphitheater should have been exploited. This project still has potential. Parking and ecology are not treated The interior spaces could have been more characteristic.
The concept is clear but a bit schematic, the outcome and materialization could have been studied better. The presentation is functional with no highlights, the program is compact and well developed.
POUR
The concept of the wine-making polis (city) is based on «Hortus conclusus» as the idea of a magnificent garden behind the snow-white wall.
I'm not sure that the idea of creating an introverted or isolated space (hortus conclusus) is a good strategy when we want to strengthen the relationship with the territory. I think the project would continue to be just as valid without the roof or the perimeter fence. The idea of a small group of buildings, like a small town, is interesting for its flexibility and capacity for evolution. In addition to generating spaces of relation between the volumes.
An interesting concept that generates a strong identity, and outdoor spaces rich in possible uses. It's like a village, with a strong registration on the site. The project is not very developed. Ecology and parking are not developed.
Appropriate low impact concept. The volumes are compact and blends nicely, details and materials are not clear. The presentation is clear with no highlights. The layout is compact and the program is well developed.
The project starts from the atomization of the program and its connection through walkways, platforms and pergolas. It is a good strategy, since it guarantees a real contact with the landscape and the vineyard. The route of the tourist and the worker is analyzed. Perhaps the analysis of the wine process is missing, since for example, a discharge area related to the first pressing area is missing. The use of words like justice and democracy must be used with respect. For example, perhaps the workers' accommodation could have been given a little more dignity. Thank you for your work
The concept based on visitor and worker flows is relevant. On the other hand are inscription in the landscape and the vines is not completely convincing. If the flows are well studied, the project spaces are not always very relevant to the winemaking requirements. The parking lot is not very integrated.
